Crepe
chiffon lends itself beautifully to this vintage style hat. The little
bit of a crown is covered with one of the deco sunbursts cut from the fabric.
Two imported black arrowhead feathers are all that is needed for embellishment.
The geisha tea hat style is a mini brim (3.5” on the top of a Juliet cap.
The whole diameter of the hat is a scant 12”.
It
is secured to the head by a black hat elastic and one size fits all.
