Unique Designs:
Each hat is handmade, no two hats are exactly alike. The images on the web site are representational, only. Finished product may vary slightly from the representational image.

Hat Sizes:
Unless a hat's description states "one size fits all", please specify your desired inner headband measurement in the special notes section when finalizing your online order.

Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and handling is already included in the price of the hats (for orders shipped within the United States). No additional shipping and handling fees will be added to your order.

If available, item will be sent Priority Mail by the next business day. Otherwise, allow a minimum of three weeks for construction before shipping. Please feel free to email or call me if you have questions about current availability. 

NOTE: Online orders are shipped within the United States only. For orders shipping outside the United States, please contact me for special arrangements and additional shipping costs.

Sales tax:
8.125% sales tax will be added to the total of all orders originating from or shipping within the State of Texas.

Special Orders:
Special orders for bespoke colors/fabric should be initiated via email to info@ritacrosby.com. Once color scheme/fabric have been established, a 50% deposit (25% of which will be non-refundable) will be required before commencement of construction. Balance will be due upon client approval of emailed or snailmail photo of finished item prior to shipping.

Ordering Instructions:

• Click on the "Add to Cart" Button located on each hat detail page to add the hat you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
• When finished shopping, click on the "View Cart" Button found at the bottom of each page to make any final changes to your shopping cart.
• When ready to process your order, click on the "Check Out" Button on the shopping cart page and follow the prompts to enter your credit card and shipping information.
• Near the end of the ordering form, you will see a place for "Special Notes". This is where you should include the hat size for hats that are not "one size fits all".
• I use PayPal credit card payment services. It's simple, secure and you do not need to have a PayPal account to make purchases with your major credit card.

• Send an email to info@ritacrosby.com with the following information:
• Titles and quantities of the hats you wish to purchase
• Your full name
• Your mailing address
• You will receive an email detailing your order total including applicable sales tax.
